Johann

After a first career in investment banking, Johann returned to his passion for food and beverage, developing deep expertise in craft beer, wine, and specialty coffee. In London, he co-founded Filly Brook, a craft beer and natural wine bar known for its curated HiFi sound system and community feel. Alongside, he advised entrepreneurs on launching modern F&B concepts.

Since relocating to Bali three years ago, Johann launched Amae Coffee, a café and roastery committed to celebrating Indonesian terroir. He continues to support hospitality projects globally and brings to Poincaré his sharp eye for product sourcing, coffee roasting, and bar operations.
