Carlos brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with deep expertise across hotel operations, culinary strategy, and international consulting. He has held key positions at iconic properties such as Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah, and Mandarin Oriental, and spent five years advising brands including Marriott, Starwood, IHG, Gran Meliá, and One&Only.

He currently leads operations at Aponiente Group (5 Michelin stars), overseeing a team of more than 100 employees across multiple gastronomic concepts. His leadership blends operational precision with a passion for high-end dining experiences.

Carlos and Logan have collaborated for several years, jointly shaping and delivering F&B and hospitality concepts across Europe and the Middle East.
