Cyril first crossed paths with Logan as a client on the La Banquette project, but their shared passion for food and hospitality quickly turned into an ongoing creative collaboration. He later joined the MELTIN project in Marseille as a consulting chef, and since then, Cyril has become a key strategic partner within the Poincaré collective.
With years of experience both behind the stove and in restaurant management, Cyril brings a rare dual perspective — creative in the kitchen and sharp on operations. He has helmed several restaurant openings and led kitchen brigades, while also overseeing entire venues as director. His deep knowledge of recipe development, sourcing, team building, and service execution makes him our go-to when it comes to turning ideas into tangible, well-run food concepts.
Cyril regularly works alongside other chefs and partners in our network, often acting as a bridge between creative direction and operational reality — helping bring Poincaré’s culinary visions to life with precision, warmth, and integrity.
