We had the privilege of collaborating on RUMMAN – Taste of Greece Oman, the Mediterranean-inspired restaurant at The St. Regis Al Mouj in Muscat. Our mission was to develop a complete visual identity and spatial language for this concept that bridges Greek coastal dining and Omani warmth through design, materiality, and storytelling.

The visual universe merges Mediterranean craft and modern elegance. Soft beige and slate-blue tones, natural stone textures, and amphora-inspired illustrations form a refined yet tactile brand ecosystem. The pottery silhouettes, developed as a modular illustration system, celebrate ancient vessels as bridges of culture and trade, echoing both Greek and Omani maritime heritage.

Menus, coasters, business cards, and uniforms were designed with the same ethos – minimal, textured, and artisanal – ensuring every guest touchpoint carries the same sensorial warmth and timeless sophistication. The result is a brand that feels both authentic and contemporary, where each detail, from the carved signage to the tactile menu cover, expresses the elegance of shared Mediterranean dining.
