We had the privilege of collaborating with the Casino Capvern team to create Flamboyant — a fire-driven dining experience inspired by the rich local products of the Pyrenees and the conviviality of open-flame cooking. Centered around tailor-made braseros, a curated wine selection, and a bold culinary vision, the restaurant spans four distinct areas with 140 seats, blending rustic elegance with vibrant, smoky flavors.
Our work encompassed the full scope: from concept and interior architecture to branding, mixology, and sensory storytelling. Every creative decision was shaped by the identity’s core — the meeting of fire and wine — resulting in a space where marbled meats, wine tannins, and mountain cartography inform not just the menu but the entire guest journey. This identity extended into OS&E, packaging, and merchandising, ensuring a cohesive brand universe rooted in authenticity and refinement.









BRANDING INSPIRATION
The brand identity draws directly from the alliance of fire and wine, merging tradition with authenticity. The primary logo references the typography of 1960s and ’70s oenology, giving the brand a strong and coherent visual presence. Patterns evoke Pyrenean mountain landscapes, layered with marbling effects that recall the texture of meat and the flow of wine, representing the region’s rivers and lakes.
Materiality plays a crucial role in reinforcing the concept: cork textures dress the menus, repurposed wine crates serve as storage, and recycled bottles are transformed into table accessories such as salt and pepper shakers or olive bowls. Vine shoots, used for cooking, also find their place in floral arrangements, tying the space to its terroir. The palette draws from nuanced wine tones — Bordeaux, Merlot, Rouge — harmonized with warm, woody shades like Chêne and Noyer, with subtle accents inspired by the natural colors of meat.
Every detail was considered to deepen the guest’s sensory connection: champagne medals serve as cooking markers or napkin rings; used corks indicate reserved tables; the Flamboyant seal marks chocolate medallions in the kitchen and ice cubes in cocktails. The result is a brand universe where every element — visual, tactile, and olfactory — reinforces the story, creating a warm yet elevated atmosphere.
